Question - How do you charge for your transportation services? 

Answer - In most cases, an hourly or set rate my occur. For example, a pick-up and drop-off charge may be a set rate versus an event trip, which may be an hourly rate for service. 

Question - How far in advance should we plan our trip. 
Answer - A minimum of 48 hours is greatly appreciated. We can not guarantee service within less than a 48 hour notice. 

Question - How many people can fit on the bus? 
Answer - No more than 12 passengers. 

Question - Do you provide alcoholic beverages? 
Answer - Alcohol is not generally provided, however, services may be accommodated at your request. 

Question - Are alcoholic beverages allowed on the bus? (Open Container) 
Answer - Yes, as long as those who are drinking alcohol are 21 or older. 

Question - Is smoking allowed on the bus? 
Answer - Smoking is not allowed, however, stops may be made at the bus drivers convenience. 

Question - Does the bus have heat and air conditioning? 
Answer - Yes. 

Question - Can the bus be seen prior to booking a reservation? 
Answer - Yes. (Willing to meet at a halfway point.) 

Question - Are the pictures on the website current? 
Answer - Yes. (All pictures are current from the last 6 months.)

Question - Is it appropriate to tip the driver? If so, how much? 
Answer - Yes, tips are welcomed. 10% of the total service charge is greatly appreciated. 

Question - Is music and are movies provided? 
Answer - Yes, however, we prefer you bring your own for the best experience. We provide auxiliary inputs, HDMI cord, and CD ports for audio and video entertainment. We also provide a TV, DVD, and sound system. 

Question - Are glass bottles allowed on the bus? 
Answer - Yes. 

Question - When does the hourly rate begin? 
Answer - When the bus arrives at pick-up location. 

Question - How far does Good Times' Rollin' travel? 
Answer - We only provide service within’ the state of Arizona. 

Question - Are coolers allowed on the bus? 
Answer - Yes, only small coolers. (This may take space away from passengers.) 

Question - Are deposits mandatory? 
Answer - No, deposits are not mandatory unless you are wanting to reserve. (deposits are non refundable.)

Question - Which forms of payment methods are acceptable. 
Answer - We currently accept cash, money orders, and checks upon arrival.
